🌍 Indian Flavours, Global Reach
From Our Roots to the World
Cooking Ticket Marathi (CTM) undertakes international trade and export transactions subject to applicable laws, customs regulations, logistics requirements, commercial conditions, and the terms stated below.
This policy applies primarily to international buyers, importers, distributors, resellers, business associates, external trade enquiries, and manually processed export orders. Terms applicable to orders placed directly through the CTM website may vary.
PAYMENT & ORDER CONFIRMATION
All international export orders are accepted on a 100% PREPAID BASIS ONLY.
COD, payment-after-delivery, or credit facilities are generally not available for export transactions unless specifically authorised by CTM in writing.
An enquiry, quotation, discussion, or pro-forma invoice does not itself constitute a confirmed order. An export order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment receipt, verification, and completion of required documentation.
CTM reserves the right to hold, modify, reject, or cancel an export enquiry before dispatch if payment, verification, documentation, serviceability, regulatory compliance, or other required conditions are not satisfactorily completed.
BUYER KYC & IDENTITY VERIFICATION
To confirm an international order, the buyer/importer may be required to provide a valid National Identity Card, Passport, Government-issued ID, business identification, or other appropriate KYC documentation.
For commercial or business orders, CTM may additionally request company details, tax/import registration details, business documents, recipient information, or other information reasonably required for trade verification.
All information provided by the buyer must be accurate, complete, and genuine.
CTM may keep an order on hold until the required verification is completed satisfactorily.
SECURE EXPORT PACKING CHARGES
International shipments require additional protective and export-suitable packaging.
A ₹500 secure-box packing charge applies to purchases of ₹5,000 or below.
For purchases above ₹5,000 and up to ₹10,000, the secure-box packing charge shall be ₹1,000.
For purchases exceeding ₹10,000, applicable packing and protective-handling charges may be determined separately depending on quantity, weight, dimensions, destination, product requirements, and shipment conditions.
These charges are separate from the product value and international delivery charges.
CTM may determine the appropriate packing method required for secure transportation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, FREIGHT & DELIVERY CHARGES
International delivery charges are additional to the product value and packing charges unless specifically stated otherwise in the quotation.
Export-related transportation costs may include international freight, carrier charges, handling charges, customs-related charges, clearance charges, documentation charges, destination charges, duties, taxes, import levies, local delivery charges, and other applicable logistics expenses.
The final shipping cost may vary depending upon the destination country, postal code, package weight, volumetric weight, dimensions, selected carrier, service level, customs requirements, and prevailing logistics rates.
Any applicable customs duty, import tax, destination-country levy, or local governmental charge shall ordinarily be borne by the buyer/importer.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT RESPONSIBILITY
The buyer/importer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products are permissible for import into the destination country.
Different countries may have different requirements relating to food products, spices, labelling, packaging, ingredients, shelf life, customs declarations, quarantine, import permissions, and other regulatory matters.
CTM shall not be responsible for consequences arising from destination-country import restrictions, customs refusal, regulatory requirements, or failure of the importer to satisfy local requirements.
Where a shipment is held, inspected, delayed, returned, or otherwise affected by customs or a governmental authority, the applicable procedure and charges shall be determined by the relevant authority or carrier.
DELIVERY TIMELINES & WAIT-LIST
International delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
Delivery or dispatch timelines may vary because of carrier availability, shipment wait-lists, customs clearance, documentation verification, weather conditions, holidays, transportation disruptions, governmental procedures, destination restrictions, or other circumstances beyond CTM’s reasonable control.
Any delivery date communicated during enquiry or order confirmation shall therefore be considered an indicative estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, governmental agencies, or other third parties shall not automatically constitute a failure by CTM to fulfil the order.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & ROUTE SELECTION
CTM may select the most suitable carrier, postal service, freight service, route, or logistics partner based on destination, serviceability, pricing, availability, package characteristics, security, and operational requirements.
Depending upon destination and availability, shipments may be arranged through DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, India Post, and other authorised logistics partners.
The final carrier may differ from the carrier discussed during the enquiry.
CTM reserves the right to change the carrier or shipping route whenever reasonably necessary for operational or delivery purposes.
EXPORT DOCUMENTATION
Where applicable, CTM shall provide or facilitate relevant commercial and export documentation according to the nature of the transaction and applicable requirements.
A proper Shipping Bill/export-related documentation, where applicable, may be shared with the buyer through the registered WhatsApp number and/or email address provided during the transaction.
Official documents shall only be issued or shared through authorised CTM personnel, authorised representatives, or applicable official/logistics channels.
EXPORT DISCOUNTS & SPECIAL RATES
Export discounts, promotional benefits, freight concessions, bulk-order benefits, or special commercial rates may be offered at the discretion of CTM.
Where available, such benefits may be communicated or negotiated by the assigned CTM associate or authorised representative.
Discounts are not automatic and shall only be considered applicable after confirmation by an authorised representative.
QUOTATIONS & PRICE VALIDITY
International quotations may be subject to change before final confirmation because of fluctuations in freight rates, carrier charges, currency conversion, customs-related expenses, packaging requirements, taxes, or other applicable costs.
A quotation shall not be considered permanently binding until the order has been formally accepted and the applicable payment requirements have been completed.
CTM may issue a revised quotation if material costs change before dispatch.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
International orders may involve advance expenses for secure packing, documentation, logistics bookings, freight arrangements, and other operational services.
Cancellation requests after order confirmation may therefore be subject to applicable deductions.
Where CTM or a third-party service provider has already incurred non-recoverable expenses, such amounts may be deducted from any eligible refund, subject to applicable law.
Refunds, where applicable, shall only be processed after verification of the transaction and applicable deductions.
ACCURACY OF BUYER INFORMATION
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete name, address, country, postal/ZIP code, telephone number, email address, identification details, import information, and delivery instructions.
CTM shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges, failed delivery, return shipments, customs complications, or other issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the buyer.
Any additional cost resulting from an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or re-delivery may be payable by the buyer.
PRODUCT INSPECTION & PACKING
CTM shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are properly packed and prepared before dispatch.
International shipments may be handled by multiple third parties after being handed over to the selected carrier.
Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, transportation and handling shall be subject to the carrier’s applicable terms and procedures.
Where a transit-related issue occurs, CTM may reasonably assist the buyer with the relevant carrier claim or documentation process.
COMMUNICATION & AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVES
Official export communication may be conducted through CTM’s authorised communication channels, including registered email, WhatsApp, website communication, or an authorised CTM associate.
Buyers should verify any payment request, revised quotation, or payment instruction before making payment.
CTM shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons, fraudulent accounts, impersonators, or third parties who are not officially authorised by CTM.
FORCE MAJEURE & UNFORESEEN EVENTS
CTM shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, governmental restrictions, customs action, strikes, transportation disruption, carrier suspension, international trade restrictions, regulatory changes, technical failures, or other extraordinary circumstances.
In such circumstances, CTM may reasonably postpone, modify, reroute, or suspend shipment arrangements.
DESTINATION-COUNTRY REQUIREMENTS
The buyer/importer is responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to importing the products into the destination country.
If the destination country requires additional certificates, registrations, permits, declarations, testing, labelling, or other formalities, the buyer may be required to provide or arrange them unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CTM does not guarantee that every product or shipment will be admissible under every country’s individual import regulations.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
International shipments may involve independent carriers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, payment processors, postal operators, warehouses, and other third-party service providers.
Their services are subject to their respective terms, operational limitations, and regulatory procedures.
CTM may coordinate with such service providers but cannot guarantee their independent processing times, decisions, availability, or operational performance.
EXTERNAL TRADE & WEBSITE ORDERS
This Export & Trade Policy primarily applies to external or manual international trade transactions, export enquiries, distributor enquiries, business-to-business transactions, and orders processed through authorised CTM associates.
Orders placed directly through the CTM website may have different payment methods, shipping charges, checkout conditions, cancellation terms, and delivery arrangements.
Where a website-specific policy or checkout condition applies to a website order, the applicable website terms may govern that particular transaction.
POLICY MODIFICATION
CTM reserves the right to revise, update, replace, or modify this Export & Trade Policy whenever reasonably required due to changes in international trade practices, logistics arrangements, applicable law, customs procedures, commercial requirements, or business operations.
The applicable policy shall be the version communicated or made applicable to the relevant transaction.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
International trade involves multiple independent carriers, customs authorities, governmental agencies, and service providers.
Freight charges, customs duties, destination taxes, delivery timelines, carrier availability, import procedures, and documentation requirements may vary from shipment to shipment and country to country.
Buyers are advised to verify their destination country’s applicable import requirements before placing an international order.
By proceeding with an international export transaction, the buyer/importer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable export terms, charges, documentation requirements, delivery conditions, and responsibilities stated in this policy.
